At LumaNest, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos of the product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
